Frequency Doublers utilize Schottky diodes in a bridge configuration to accomplish the frequency doubling. The input frequency operates from 0.2 to 6000 MHz. Frequency Quadruplers are also available using using this topology.

Designs are matched to 50 Ohms and are available in a wide variety of package styles, such as plug-in, flatpack, and connectorized housings. Miniature surface mount packages are the most popular style, and are readily available on tape and reel for use in automated assembly applications.
